Watch out for this recipe though – replace the 1.5 TSP of kosher salt with only ONE TSP fine pink himalayan seat salt. I am not sure why they are using a dense salt with this recipe. I made it with the kosher salt the first time and it was inedible. So save yourself some time and ingredients!
